Chick'n Quesadilla

Mexican Chick'n Quesadilla Preparation
Make it Easy:
Add 1 tsp of oil to a non-stick pan and fry the chick'n strips on both
sides on medium heat for 1-2 minutes until browned. On each tortilla spread
black bean paste evenly over ½ of the tortilla. Add Chick'n Strips,
then top with diced peppers and cheese. Fold tortilla in half. Add 1 tsp
oil to a large pan and on medium heat brown tortilla on both sides (2-3
minutes/side). Cut quesadilla into 4 pieces each and serve with salsa and
sour cream. Ole!
