Best Veggie Beef Stir-fry Preparation
Stove Top: Sauté Veggie Beef Strips for 2-3 minutes on medium heat
in an oiled non-stick pan.
In a bowl, combine cornstarch, sugar, soy sauce, and wine, apple juice or water
until smooth. Add Veggie Beef Strips and toss to coat; set aside. In a large skillet,
stir fry broccoli, carrots, peas, and onion in 1 tablespoon oil for 1 minute. Stir
in water chestnuts. Cover simmer for 4 minutes; remove and keep warm. In the same
skillet, stir fry Veggie Beef Strips in remaining oil until meat is heated through.
Return vegetables to pan to toss.
To Serve:
Split rice onto two plates and top with delicious stir-fry.
